This strategic collaboration will drive the growth and success of BIOBOX, establishing it as a leading solution in the current market.
Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will combine their strengths to offer a fusion of leading brands in equipment and smart technology, backed by their extensive knowledge in water treatment, engineering, and digitalization. This strategic alliance will enable them to provide a cost-effective and sustainable solution to the small and medium flow market: intelligent machine-type compact water treatment plants. These plants integrate proprietary technology designed specifically to address the root of the problem and provide customized solutions tailored to each need.
As part of this agreement, Xylem will have exclusive distribution rights for BIOBOX technology in the Spanish and Portuguese markets. This partnership will further strengthen Xylem’s position as a leading provider of water treatment solutions, while expanding BIOBOX’s presence in these two markets.
